Out-of-Stock Products

3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have
ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep
you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and
unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time
prior to shipping. |

Order Cancellation/Return
Policy
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail
to cus[email protected], or call on our business phone at 888-821-9767.
E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name,
last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be
identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Every effort
will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your
order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was
submitted (via e-mail or phone), and your order was shipped out, we
will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping, once the order has been returned to us. All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned item(s) must be in resalable condition
in the original packaging. All returns must be shipped, freight prepaid. Custom orders are Non-cancelable/Non-returnable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping
Time -- Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days, provided the
product ordered is in stock. Custom order lead time is 5-15 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on
Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We
cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or
transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an
estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays
caused by shipping or product availability.
Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to
us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All
replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is
requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the
customer prior to shipment.

Taxes
|
|
|
Our
store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where US
RTA Cabinets holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the
shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that
may apply. |

Typographical Errors
|
|
|
In
the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, US RTA
Cabinets shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
products listed at the incorrect price. US RTA Cabinets shall also have the
right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, US RTA Cabinets
will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime warranty is given to all U.S. made
RTA Cabinets. This warranty is for replacement of like items only. Lifetime
warranty does not cover items out of production if US RTA Cabinets no longer produces
them. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer but not
transferable. This warranty does not extend to defects caused by improper
handling, storage, installation, assembly or disassembly, intentional damage,
product modifications, exposure to the elements including humidity which may
result in warping or splitting, accidental misuse, abuse or negligence.
Natural woods may vary in texture, color and wood grain, and exhibit subtle
changes as they age. For example, wood joints may eventually have visible
cracking around the joint area and cabinet colors may darken or lighten over
time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental
conditions may cause materials to vary from their original color and/or to
warp, split or crack. These variations are considered to be the nature of the
material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered
under this warranty.

Additional Limitations and Disclaimers
US RTA Cabinets makes no other warranties other
than those set forth herein and all other warranties are hereby disclaimed. The
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are
limited in duration to the length of the limited warranty period. The limited
warranties set forth herein are limited to the first and original buyer and are
not transferrable thereafter. In no event shall US RTA Cabinets be liable for
incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or to any third party,
including, without limitation, damages arising from personal injury, lost
profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of property, economic losses, or
statutory or exemplary damages, whether from negligence, warranty, strict
liability or otherwise. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state.
Claims
All claims for defective cabinets and
accessories must be submitted to [email protected] in writing
and must specify the defects present in the cabinets and accessories. After US
RTA Cabinets has had an opportunity to inspect the cabinets and accessories,
they will, at their discretion, either replace defective cabinets and
accessories or repair any defects in the cabinets and accessories.
